Most HVAC problems in the Tri-Cities come from a system set up for one season and not the other: a heat pump with no sensible backup, a rooftop unit with a coil nobody cleaned, a switchover left at the factory setting. We look at both seasons every time we touch a system.
And we put findings and prices in writing, so building owners and homeowners can decide without being rushed.
